Refund policy

At Turri India, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we're here to assist. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices.

 


1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns initiated after 7 days may not be accepted.

 


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Any product listed as non-returnable on the product page

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Order ID
  2. Item(s) to be returned
  3. Reason for return
  • Our support team will verify the request.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (if serviceable).
  • The product will undergo a quality inspection once received at our warehouse.
  • If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Reverse pickup timelines: 3-4 days

If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the item to:

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item passes quality checks.

Refund method options:

  • Original Payment Method
  • Store Credit (valid for 3 months)
  • Bank Transfer for COD orders (customer must provide bank details)

Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after approval.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Availability of the requested size/style
  • Successful return of the original item

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong item
  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require photos/videos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

COD orders not accepted upon delivery may affect your future shopping eligibility.
