1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns initiated after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unwashed

In original packaging

With all tags and labels attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized or altered products

Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged)

Gift cards

Any product listed as non-returnable on the product page
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Reason for return
- Our support team will verify the request.

We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (if serviceable).

The product will undergo a quality inspection once received at our warehouse.

If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Reverse pickup timelines: 3-4 days
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the item to:

5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned item passes quality checks.

Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after approval.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:

After verification, we will arrange:

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
COD orders not accepted upon delivery may affect your future shopping eligibility.
