1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India.
 For international orders, please reach out to us at ranirituja@gmail.com to confirm availability and shipping charges.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
 Processing time may vary depending on product availability and artisan schedules, as many items are handcrafted.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email/SMS.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be: 99 rupees
  • Express or priority shipping charges:150 rupees

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 10-14 days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Turri India is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ranirituja@gmail.com
  • Share images or videos of the damaged packaging or item
  • We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue

If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
